Backstory
Born an orphan with his twin sister, Amelia, the two lived on the streets for much of their young lives until they caught the eye of the Prince of Bernoulli. Bernoulli realized that the two had employable skills, Amerigo's ability to carry out the unsavory and rough and tumble tasks and his sister's uncanny nature, which ultimately turned out to be the markings of a Fate Witch.
Recently his sister has gone missing and Amerigo has turned what resources he can muster towards finding her, having taken leave of the Prince's service for the moment. He has tracked her to Montaigne and travels to the capital in the company of a merchant caravan.
What makes your character a hero?
Amerigo's love for his sister and life on the street has engendered a deep respect for others - he is always willing to protect those who are down or out on their luck.
Who or what will oppose your character?
His sister's captor's who ultimately reveals himself to be the merchant prince he has worked for so far.
How will your character die?
Saving his sister in a permanent fashion - either ensuring the death of those who have tormented her, or perhaps spiriting her away to a place beyond the reach of her captors.

Everything seems to be in order! But please mind that the death is not meant to assure plot. It's meant to shield you from random death outside your main conflict.
Since we'll start soon I'm gonna go ahead and approve you as it is!
