Theft/Agility seems to be fitting considering you want to remove something from someones belt and then hide in a crowd.
1 raise accomplishes the theft. 1 raise avoids the consequence of being noticed and attacked.

1 Raises (Improvised Aim): Santo Ottorio, the patron saint of the region, has the most prominent place amongst the altars of the church. In fact, his statue is so big that it could knock down a man... or two. By grabbing one of the loaded pistols of the goons and shooting at the base of Santo Ottorio's altar, a destructive chain reaction can be caused. And it will make La Moruna sad.

Who was this girl? It didnt really matter, even though he really wanted to know, but whoever she was, the glint in her eyes definetly spoke to him. And against the men that they would act up over a little girl being nice to them. She couldnt be older than 14, at best, no woman in Eisen lands he ever knew would be under 5'8. She was giving him a chance. Silently, he steped out of the alcove and to the side, trying hard to not be noticed by the guards, now all smiling like idiots at the gentle words, readily agreeing and nodding at her every word. With a fluid move, he walked past the guard to the side, untangling Peitsche from his belt as if he had just taken it off a hook on the wall. Ever so quietly, he got down and blends into the ranks of the Villagers, while quickly removing the makeshift mask that would give him away. His eyes were fixated on the door where he had heard the footsteps approaching. And it was not a fault that they were. A womanly figure emerged from the door, a painted mask covering up more than half of her face. The part of her that was visible showed anger and annoyance. Two of the guards in the church quickly went to approach her, asking her what was wrong. Just to be swiftly and with demeaning adjectives titled told that they spent the best part of a inferno endangered half an hour without making ANY progress on the search, and now that a main suspect had been found, they thought it was better to hold him up instead of bringing him to her for questioning, wasting everybodies time. She would not be happy should she realize that he was not even in custody anymore. orokos.com/roll/4449791 raise spent to get Peitsche, 1 raise to blend in

"Oh crap, the boss is coming. Go away girl, stay with your people." The guards shoo her away and La Moruna goes to join the villager and Finn. Approaching him, she keeps her eyes on the guards as they come to meet the womanly figure disguised by a Knight Inquisitor hood, covered by the shadows.
"Padre Joyas, I presume." The petite woman asks Finn. "I came here to rescue you; you have done a lot for people that have been good for me. Now, where is the woman you came in looking for; the one these people were chasing? Let's get her and get out."

The wanderer opens his eyes slightly wider in surprise.
"Actually, its Finn. Not a padre, as far as I know. These people are chasing a woman and a priest?" He carefully eyes out to the angry masked woman who seems to be getting angrier with every second without a prisoner before her feet. "I merely found an entire village encaptured at the hands of a few, and an inferno threatenting to destroy their lifelyhood and taking their lifes. Seeing as noone else seemed to be able to assist, I figured I had to."
More of the guards became unrestful at the burning gazes of the leader, and the small troop that previously seemed so interested in La Moruna were hastidly discussing who gets to present the captured.
"I thank you for your help, and if I can help you any further I would like to do so, questions can be asked later if need be. These people need to get out of here to have a chance of saving their homes and harvest. If there is someone else I can help save as well, my services are yours. But I think we are going to need a plan, and fast. You know these people, how can we get them to stand up for themselves?"
The guards now seemed to have decided on something, and made way for the alcove where they assumed Finn to still be quietly awaiting his destiny.

"HI Finn, they call me La Moruma. I asked around and they were questioning the villagers for a young woman and dropped a mentioned Padre Joyas. I assumed they were among the prisoners." She stops to think anout plans. "There are no lions here; the Montaigne troops aaw to that. They are hardy survivors capable of scronch a living and are generous with what little they have. But they had all the will to fight beaten out of them."
"We canr beat them by ourselves, but we can cause outrage outright. Make them question the cost of the fight, forcing them to abandon the village..."
The sound of claps as the female hooded Knight appoaches.
"You have many flaws, but stupidity was never one of them

Finn tries to stay quiet, and analyze this woman, as well as the surrounding forces. She shouldnt have been able to tell him from the villagers, even though the Castillians had mostly darker hair and were regulary smaller, there were a few blonde and large ones among them to not make him stand out so much.
Only then he realizes that she isnt actually talking to him. She's addressing La Moruna.
Plans need to be formed, fast. The little girl to his side seemed like she was through some rough patches already, and he would prefer to see her not harmed further. Despite all reason and all good arguments to get away, to start up the rebellion, to ACT... he really wanted to know what she had to say, first.

"You finally show up, I was beginning to think you would be found dead on some ditch somewhere, having succumbed to your wounds or to some cowardly Montaigne soldier." The masked Knight Inquisitor remarked. "And who is this poor Eisen devil? One of your heretical friends? The High Inquisitor reported that some blond bravos stole you from us. This is good, it is not every day that we capture not one but two of Cook's disciples."
La Moruna is confused; but she knows the way to strike back; with further disarming confusion.
"Hi! You must be the boss of these people. I do not know what you came here to do, but there is no need to involve them further. They have already suffered enough from the occupation forces. Just walk away; whatever you people seek, it is either somewhere else or it is not going anywhere. You are competent enough, nobody going to slip past you."
Except us, just now.
"I guess you have a point, we got part of what we wanted."
La Moruna looks around. "Did you find Padre Joyas after all? Where is he?"
The Knight Inquisitor seems baffled. Even with cloth hiding her expression.
"Who do you think you are?"
"I'm called La Moruna!" She says with a proud smile. "I wear with honour the name given by these people to me."
"Madre del Profeta*..." The Knight Inquisitor removes her hood. It reveals a woman of black raven hair, olive skin, bright and big emerald eyes and the angular exotic features of someone with generations of Crescent blood. "You do not even know who I am, do you?"
"You're someone chasing after Padre Joyas."
An expression of pained annoyance took over the Knight Inquisitor's face. "You are Padre Joyas, idiot."
La Moruna raised an eyebrow.
"How... what... I am a priest?"
"A poorly excuse for one. A foolish one, that has been spending more time behind the enemy lines and in the academies than doing the right thing, standing by the Inquisition and paving the way for the coming of the Fourth Prophet. Instead, you keep prating on about the restoration of the Hierophant..."
"Wait, do you know me?" La Moruna, or should we say, Padre Joyas asks back.
The eyes of the Knight Inquisitor water, in a mix of rage and despair. "Of course, I would never forget my own prima**."
La Moruna mouth opened in pure shock. She froze as the Knight Inquisitor pointed a cocked gun against La Moruna's forehead "What are you..."
"It seems we broke. I was hoping you would repent, sangue mio***, that I could bring you back into the fold of the Church, persuade you. Turns out you are beyond salvation, and completely useless. " Tears start flowing down the Inquisitor's face. "You always were a shame, a scientist in my family, thwarting my advance in the Inquisition. This shade of yours keep taunting me, of the prima I could not save from Legion's fire. This is my last gift to you, a mercy of sweet oblivion, let the world forget you as you forgot me."
Black and green eyes met in a deadly stare.
"I know your name." La Moruna replied in a cold tone, losing her easy-going smile. "You are Francesca Andrade del Campo Verde. And from where I stand, I'm not the one desecrating the house of Theus and the name of the Andrade."

"Welcome back, Leonor."
La Moruna's face twists in pain as she gets the worst headache on her life, as she recalls all the pain and torture she suffered at the hands of the Inquisition.
"I'm on the clock, prima*. It is "La Moruna."
Francesca cringes. "That is an awfully stupid name."
"You know what would not be stupid? Walk away."
The Knight Inquisitor smirks, pointing the gun to Leonor's petite chest.
"Why would I do that?"
La Moruna tried to keep her breathing calm, and slowly tried to use reason.
"You can kill me now, but will it help you, prima? You go back empty handed, without your prize and with a failure. How will your master react to that? Your people have been hounding me since I escaped the cellars of Vaticine City and did not found it. Do you want to check under my skirt to see if I am hiding it underneath? No. You will have to let me go, and be a good bitch and track me."
"Or I can just capture you and break you at the wheel."
"History shows that I would rather be broken than to give it to you. It will not end well, you will have one corpse and no trophies for your bonfires of ignorance."
Knight Inquisitor Andrade puts her hood back on.
"You are right. It is useless to threaten or torture you, you are too misguided to see the Light. However..." She slowly surveys the room with her pistol, passing through the villagers...
"Stop it! Those are faithful servants of the One True Church of the Prophets and our own people! We serve and protect them! All fire and brimstone you might be, but you still are doing this for them."
"You're right." The gun halts pointed against Finn. "Good thing I have an Objectionist Eisen bastard here. So, what will it be, prima? His life for your blasphemous science?"
La Moruna starts sweating.
"This is the House of Theus, Francesca."

Reason with Francesca that they should all walk away and go on with their lives, and that they will settle this another time, another day. Appealing to their familiar ties, loyalty to the Church and Country.

Finn finds himself at gunpoint. Again. As if the times in the academy hadnt been rough enough. But jokes aside, this woman was a threat, and the source of the problem.
This girl, La Moruna, needed his help. And technically it was self defense now. He REALLY wanted to know more, but realistically speaking, being alive is a prequisite to knowing anything. "I dont see myself as an Objectionist, per se. To be a true objectionist you have to accept the concept to be broadly accepted in the first place. Eisen lands in general made their stance clear that it doesnt have to be the case."
He speaks calm, not taunting to escalate the situation. "If I valued my life over any of the people here, do you really think I would have bothered disturbing your men? Whatever this is about, it didnt concern me, and besides your weapon pointed at my chest, it still doesnt. You, however, are in a situation. Most of your men are currently trapped in various locations in the city, lost, confused. An inferno of your own creation is rolling closer to the city walls by the second. From an objective standpoint, you cannot win. Either you accept that you have no choice, and let these people save their homes and by extension, your men, or you choose to dabble further with someone that claims to have endured much more than this already, and everyone, including you, will be undone by your actions. Whatever happened between the two of you, there can not be a satisfactory resolve today."
"So tell us, will it be to fight another day, or to accept defeat and lose all chances here?"
Also she didnt know that he had Peitsche back. At this distance it should be possible... If the negotiations failed.
(approach)
La Moruna is trying to convince this woman that peace is an option of many. Negotiations with honest arguments are Finns strenghts. If it fails, its time for action. And a sideglance is all the time one could need for a disarm at this distance. Not to mention that there is still that toppling statue...

We're about to enter a dramatic sequence. The main difference here is that I will not give you a detailed risk. Rather, you roll, and you can use raises to change the narrative to achieve what you want.
Of course, I am also taking over the new established villain, which will oppose you. From what I can see, this is should be handled like in an action sequence when it comes to conflicting actions - read up on that and dramatic sequences if you need to.
And, since things are getting quite heated, I will spend a danger point to increase the number you need to put together to get a raise by 5. That will leave me with 1 left for this step for now.
It sounds like convince/panache for everyones favourite priest and convince/wits on the case of the charming treasure hunter.
Agreeable to everyone?

I'm so gonna buy the leftover dice from Finns roll. He'll get a hero point, and I, oh yes, will get 3 danger points. That puts my total up to 4. So I'm gonna go ahead and increase the villains dicepool by 2, reducing my danger points by 1 to 3. And then I'll make a fantastic roll, and put my raises together 8+4, 8+8, 8+8 and have a 5 left over. So I have 3 raises. And now the fun begins. Since she has the most raises, she goes first. And she applies pressure to la moruna, which is "Save Finn". To be on the safe side, I'll spend a danger point to apply the pressure to both of you. That leaves her with 2 raises, and any of you that wish to do something else than that will have to spend an extra raise on it. Nefarious! ----- Knight Inquisitor Franscesca Andrade del Campo Verde... that was more than an impressive name. It was a reputation. A warning. And a promise. Just like a pistol aiming at a mans heart. She could barely hide her smile as she saw her cousin starting to get nervous. "Very well spoken. But for all both of you said, there really is no reason for me to let this one go, is there? I know you, cousin." She tilted her head and cocked the pistol "You were always far too soft on strangers." She then looked at the previously masked adventurer "And you are right. Perhaps we all die. But the faithful know salvation in death, and heretics only fire and brimstone. Unending, never-ceasing torment. All these people will die for your arrogance, believing our faith to be so weak as to waver here." She then switched her glance between the two of them "Give me what I want, and no innocent blood will be on your hands. Refuse, and you doom these people just to shield your heresy from me."

"If you had ever Loved anyone but yourself, you would understand that everyone is deserving of Love, prima*" Leonor raises her little nose at that. "Your are not the judge of who deserves to live or die and we are all strange to Montaigne. Yes, I can take you to where you want to be, or maybe I told you and you have no reason to keep any of us alive. Or maybe we escape from you or kill your people. And what then? We will be strangers in a stranger land, without any support. Face it, we can't go back to Castille or somewhere else without encountering a Montaigne patrol or two. I would rather not do so wounded and on the run or without this man's assistance, and something tells me they are more a threat to you and yours than the two of us. What good is for you to get your prize and end up having it end up among l'Empereur's private collection? Much harder to get then. Bid your time, lick your wounds, and prepare for our next meeting."
* Cousin.
This probably takes all my raises due to Untrained. Save Finn, Save Everyone, Just Walk Away; We Will Dance Later
