so, question. I have the advantage "got it!". Disables mechanisms and traps.
Can I... can I spend a hero point to disable her gun? Take the last bit of her threat away from her in a heroic thing?

It is neither a trap, a lock, nor a safe, or any comperable mechanism. Not that I wouldn't allow you to use it to disassemble a gun, mind you - it's just that it's an unlikely thing to do in this situation. Remember, she already cocked the pistol. All it needs now is a little stress on the trigger.
And one might argue that trying to mess with cocked pistol aiming at you is actually going against self-preservation.
Go ahead and act though.

I did act!
well if she DOES want to escalate the situation, I definetly will use a HP to show off my signature item in one way or another!

If you convinced her that shooting you is a bad idea (which la moruna already did), it's 1 raise.
If you tried to rally the populace against her, that's 2 raises, because you're under pressure.

Also, this is an excellent point - in the future, I need to have the raises spent apply immediatly instead of waiting for the "turn" of the character in order to avoid such "doubleings". I should've adjusted the situation just as la murona spent her raises.
I was for some reason caught up in this "initiative" loop. I blame playing pathfinder recently. Nevertheless, a valuable lesson to learn!

There, with the situation being as it is, this now should be a stalemate so to speak. Anyways, its up to La Moruna now. Im not sure if my raise is enough to actually get us out, but one thing is for sure, if we take another risk, we also risk getting the villagers involved, which seemed like something La Moruna didnt want to do. Though my plans for a risky escape are plenty, and not only a few involve jumping through windows, yelling "YOU WLL NEVER FORGET THE DAY ON WHICH YOU ALMOST CAUGHT" and then accidentally swallowing a bug and coughing through the last part of that sentence

Im out of raises as well, this situation has been handled. all thats left is to grab my hand and leave the village in peace, to protect all these innocent people.
In all honesty, this is the best possible outcome. sure, its US that get chased out, but otherwise these people could have been technically guilty in resisting the church, now they are save under teh arrogance of their leader!
hurray for the enemy playing into our hands!

Want me to narrate our leave, or do you want to add something else? We dont need another risk, unless you want to go your way even MORE dramatic! (I vote explosions, but Im not an alchemist)

I think, as you said, that the villagers were turned against us.
So maybe Llama wants to run that as a risk or use that to set up step 2.

Unless you want the villain or *want* to run a risk, go for your narrative freedom. Figure out where to go from here now that your safe haven has been quite literally smoked out.

I think it is a wrap now; we leave.
And for Step 2?
We have to leave occupied Castille and escape te Montaigne troops.
